Frequently asked questions

FAQs about reactive maintenance ticket management
What statuses are available for tickets?
There are 5 statuses we use in FaultFixers: New, In Progress, Closed, Overdue & Upcoming.
How can i prioritise my tickets?
FaultFixers has an in-built prioritisation function that allows you to tag tickets as either low, medium or high priority. You can then work through these tickets based on this priority.
Do tickets get assigned a location?
Yes, if you use QR tags on locations and buildings, when you scan the QR code the app will detect where you are so you can report a fault at the specific location. You can also assign a location to a ticket without a QR code but it is a more manual process.
Can I assign tickets to 3rd party contractors?
Yep, you can provide your contractors with access to FaultFixers and then assign tickets to them. You can change their rights so they can only see the tickets that are assigned to them.
