THE CHALLENGE

The team at Foxglove Care faced several challenges with their paper-based maintenance processes. They were looking for a digital maintenance solution that could be accessed via mobile whilst they were on the go. 

They needed a solution that would be easy and quick to integrate within the business so as to avoid using too many resources. FaultFixers was their preferred provider for the simplicity of the software.

THE IMPACT

FaultFixers was implemented across all 20 sites at Foxglove Care within a week and the team has already seen a communication improvement within their business. 

They have also reported faster turnover times for closed jobs and a more streamlined maintenance process overall.  

 

"We mostly use the app to report tickets but also to attach photos. It gives our maintenance guy an idea of what he might need to take to the job. It’s very helpful for him to know what he needs prior to going into the service rather than going to the job first to find out."
