If the system is not showing you all of your data don't despair as it's normally a quick and easy fix. First you will need to check the following:

All my data isnt showing

1. Check your date range 

In the top, left-hand corner of your tickets select the date to access the drop-down options. Check that you have selected the correct dates for the data you wish to view.

2. Check that you have the right filters selected

Make sure you have selected the right filters including ticket status and overdue/upcoming tickets.

3. Check what filters you have selected

Make sure you have all the right filters selected or deselected to display the correct data.
